Tasting Notes
White gold colour with a bright silver highlights. The nose is intense with strong initial aromas of quince and fruit. As it breathes, the wine reveals floral aromas of verbena and mimosa, gradually adding to the oaky complexity with notes of marzipan and hazelnuts. After a while in the glass, ripe yellow fruit such as nectarine dominate. On the palate, the first impression is one of opulence, soon followed by a full and generous middle palate of peach aromas. The acidity gradually comes to the fore, culminating in very fine freshness on the finish, with strong lemony flavours and oaky notes that follow through from the nose.
