is the result of a partnership between viticulturists Suzi Hilder and Wayne Ahrens, whose love for winemaking and food has shaped their approach. They focus on natural ferments, minimal intervention, and the use of old oak to create wines that allow their vineyards to shine. Their style leans toward food-friendly, Euro-inspired wines with a strong emphasis on balance and subtlety. They are fortunate to own two unique vineyards: one in Eden Valley, established by them in 1994, and the other in Vine Vale, which has been cultivated by the Schlieb family for generations.

Suzi and Wayne are passionate about supporting the Barossa community and contributing to its winemaking traditions. They believe that the current generation of winemakers represents a period of great creativity and are excited to be part of that future. As they continue to grow, their goal is to create a brand that reflects their values, supports the local community, and offers customers something truly distinctive, while also giving back to the traditions from which they have benefited.
