Tasting Notes

This fresh rose starts with a pink coral wrap, raising subtle notes of mineral flavors, an elegant fresh fruit nose with a predominance of wild strawberry and gourmand citrus. It has a harmonious flavoring finishing with a persistent ending.

About the Winery

Philippe Chatillon, winemaker, was the manager of the estate of Pinte in Arbois (39, Jura) for 18 years. When he returned to the Jura in January 2013, he decided to create his own domain. He finds in Passenans in Cotes du Jura, on a sunny hill, a vine of Savagnin. Then, next, Red-tailed Melon and Gamay. Further on, on a more calcareous soil, he buys old black Pinots and Chardonnay. The adventure begins with these 2 hectares.
