Shipping & Returns Policy

ORDERS

All orders are final upon receipt of payment. However, do contact us immediately should you need to make changes to your order before shipment is affected. No changes can be made to your orders once

 

The sale of alcohol to individuals below 21 years of age or professing the religion of Islam is prohibited.

 

OPERATIONAL HOURS

Our webstore remains open 24/7. However, our administrative support is available during the usual office hours of 9am to 6pm from Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays. Orders are fulfilled during our administrative operating hours.

 

PAYMENTS

Our Webstore accepts all major debit or credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard and American Express) via ipay88 Malaysia.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION , RETURN , EXHCHANGE & (OR) REFUND

All orders are final upon placement and payment. No cancellation, exchange, returns or refunds will be entertained unless due to product defect as determined after our review.

All goods are checked by our teams prior to delivery in order to ensure they are shipped in good condition. However, in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged bottle or “corked” wine, a return request can be submitted by email, or you may call 016-228 2084 for assistance within 7 days of receiving your order.

All claims received after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible for return.

 

Should your return request be accepted, a return shipping label will be provided to you along with return shipment instructions. Straits Wine shall inspect the returned goods, including, where the goods in question consist of wine, verification by a Straits Wine wine professional, following which we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, decline to refund any goods found unsuitable for return. Where the returned goods are wine bottles, only wine bottles which are more than 75% full shall be suitable for return.

 

All items returned to us without an approved return request will not be eligible for any exchange or refund.

 

Any goods that were purchased pursuant to a Promotion will not be available for return or refund.

 

DELIVERY

Upon receiving your confirmed order, our team will be in touch to reconfirm your shipment address and preferred delivery schedule. Deliveries are made on Mon- Fri between 9am & 6pm only to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia.

 

We endeavour to deliver your order within 3 working days (Klang Valley) or within 7 working days for the rest of Peninsular Malaysia.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

A flat delivery charge of RM50 will apply for standard delivery by our preferred delivery partners.

 

All orders with minimum spend of RM300 will enjoy free delivery within Klang Valley. For orders outside of Klang Valley, complimentary delivery will be provided with a minimum spend of RM500.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders via the website are geo-restricted to Malaysia only. International Delivery is currently unavailable.
