Tasting Notes 

This cava is aged for a minimum of 24 months and is made using the traditional method with a classic blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes.

Intense and bright yellow color. Slightly toasted shades that fill the mouth. Intense in the mouth, harmonious and with balanced acidity. Subtle and elegant bubbles. Great to accompany meals. 

About The Winery 

Molí Parellada, set up as a small family winery in 1987 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, produces and exports the finest cavas from the Penedès to all parts of the world. Francisco Domínguez, enologist and owner, is the driving force behind the cavas produced by Molí Parellada, creating them as products that represent the authentic tradition of the Penedès, while preserving their own unmistakable personality.
