Sam Scott is an excellent guy and a supremely talented winemaker with a clear vision for his La Prova label. Sam aims to make a tastefully packaged range of Australian-grown Italian varieties and deliver them at tremendous value for money. 

Over a couple of decades making wine in South Australia, Sam has identified his favourite vineyards through Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and Langhorne Creek where these emerging varieties are best suited to grow and thrive. 

The wines he crafts from these vineyards are vibrant and fruit-forward but with a savoury twist and great varietal character.
