Tasting Notes
The color is light lemon yellow with light green reflections, of medium intensity. The nose is frank, pleasant, intense. We perceive dominant smells of fresh, fruity, citrus, lime, white flesh fruits, peach, spices, ginger. The nose shows a good degree of maturity of the grapes. The sanitary condition is excellent and provides pleasure. Always focused on dominant fruity notes, citrus, lemon, white peach, spices, ginger and a fine reduction. There is a hint of varietal bitterness. The finish has a good length, 6-7 caudalies. The balance of this wine is nervous, incisive, endowed with a range of fresh aromas.
About the Winery
Praised since prehistoric times but also by Greeks and Romans, the region of Les Baux de Provence retains today a most remarkable historical heritage. Unique, it stands as a true bastion of Provensal traditions. And it is here, on this northern slope of the Alpilles, that the ancient Via Aurelia runs along our estate of the White lands. On our vineyard, everything contributes to the best ripening of the grapes: the warm light of dry summers, the purity of the air vivified by the impetuous mistral, the calcareous soil beneath its coat of stony clay. Here everything pleases the vineyard!
