Wine Region: Emilia Romagna, Italy
Type: Orange Wine
Grapes: Malvasia di Candia, Marsanne, Ortugo, and Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Rich amber, typical of orange wines with extended skin contact.
Aroma: Intense and complex aromas of dried apricots, honey, orange zest, herbs, and wildflowers, with underlying notes of spice and earthiness.
Palate: Bold and structured, with pronounced tannins from the skin contact. Flavors of ripe stone fruit, citrus peel, and nuts are layered with hints of tea leaves and minerals. The wine has a long, textured finish with refreshing acidity that balances the richness.
