Over a couple of decades making wine in South Australia, Sam has identified his favourite vineyards through Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and Langhorne Creek where these emerging varieties are best suited to grow and thrive. 

The wines he crafts from these vineyards are vibrant and fruit-forward but with a savoury twist and great varietal character.
