About the Winery

Pranzegg is a renowned biodynamic winery located in the Alto Adige region of Northern Italy. In the cellar, Martin employs spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, extended maceration, and minimal use of sulfur to ensure the wines' purity and expressiveness.
