Wine Region: Burgundy Chablis, France
Grape: Chardonnay
Tasting Notes
This is a tightly wound wine with acidity that brings out a fine structure and a strongly mineral, textured, almost chewy character. It is still fruity although, more importantly, with great tension and aging potential.
About the Winery
It was in 1973, when Julien was born, that Jean-Marc planted his first vines in Prehy, where, a few years later, he would build his winery, which would become the Jean-Marc Brocard estate in the heart of the Chablis vineyards.
