Very deep purple. Complex, with aromas of spices, white pepper, cinnamon and figs. Notes of scrubland and red berries, blackberry. Tannic structure, fine and elegant, melted. Food and wine pairing: Serve at 17° C, with grilled red meats (rib-beef ribs), stews, lamb Larzac, pot au feu des hautes cantons and sheep's cheese.
