Pale gold with bright silvery highlights. It is intense an opens on notes of boxwood, elderflowers and lemon zest. After a short time in the glass, yellow peach aromas develop, underpinned by more exotic notes of candied pineapple.
About the Winery
One of the oldest family-owned winery since the 14th century, was owned by the same family for 600 years. The Domaine has been awarded the label of High Environmental Value Level 3 in 2014, focused on preserving the ecosystems, building biodiversity and maintaining the well-being of the plants. Organic and sustainable viticulture are used during the vinification, and not using animal-based fining agents or winery aids. The wines are listed in many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
