Returns and Claims
Claims for broken or damaged goods must be reported once goods are received before signing any document. Strictly no refunds, exchanges or returns.
Within Klang Valley: 1 business day
Outside Klang Valley, within Selangor: 4 business days
Outstation: 5-7 business days
*This does not include instances when the delivery fails. E.g: no one was home to receive the parcel; customers change their order, etc.
