Tasting Notes: This Domaine Eric Thill Aop Cote du Jura is a fruity, floral dry white wine that brings you a lot of freshness. These aromas of white-fleshed fruits will delight you. Its mouth is well balanced with a nice length in the end. 

About the Winery: 

Eric has always had a wine streak foras long as he can remember. He hails from a family of wine growers and grew up at the base of the Schlossberg! He came from the Haut-Rhin in the Jura in 2007 with his wife after completing his studies in Dijon. They fell in love with this region and started from scratch. They built the entire domain with the exception of a 2,76-ha parcel they had purchased. The vines are grown organically and certified by Ecocert since 2015. The domain also looks to biodynamic, just as soon as it is fully structured. In 2017, the domain reached 5,8 ha. In the vines, only 1 out of every 2 rows is weeded, with disbudding and desuckering.
