Bright straw yellow colour with golden, silver and greenish tints. Notes of citrus fruits open the aromatic composition of wine, enhancing support smoky shades and delicate nuances of white flowers. Shows good acidity and thoroughly permeated with notes of exotic fruits: mango, lychee, passion fruit, lemon and grapefruit, in perfect harmony with hints of rhubarb and boxwood. This elegant, complex wine shows delightful balance of all the elements of taste. Light citrus notes combined with hints of mineral and make pleasant refreshing aftertaste.
About the Winery
One of the oldest family-owned winery since the 14th century, was owned by the same family for 600 years. The Domaine has been awarded the label of High Environmental Value Level 3 in 2014, focused on preserving the ecosystems, building biodiversity and maintaining the well-being of the plants. Organic and sustainable viticulture are used during the vinification, and not using animal-based fining agents or winery aids. The wines are listed in many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
