About the Winery:
Founded by Jean-Marc Brocard in the 1970s, with a hectare given by his father-in-law. Today, the winery is a leader in sustainable, organic and biodynamic winemaking. This is a story of a winery, respecting the vineyards, soil and environment, and allowing the vines to produce the best grapes. In 1997, a plot of 11 hectares of Chablis is conducted in organic and biodynamic. Today, 60 hectares are certified organic farming and biodynamic 40 hectares. With a dedication to winemaking, the cellar is kitted out with a selection of fermentation vessels, including large foudres and some egg-shaped concrete vats, to showcase the characteristics of the premier and the grand crus.
